Assume everyone understands your message without clarification.

Be mindful of your tone and body language.

Use 'please' and 'thank you' in your messages.

Use vague language that can be interpreted in multiple ways.

Use sarcasm or humor that may not translate well.

Shout or use all caps in your messages.
